It did have the leg accessories and when powered on they were inflating as seen in pics. The Artassist unit shows sign of wear from normal use and being in storage as seen pics. Artassist the arterial assist device aa unfortunately leg accessories were lost in storage so they wont be included, only unit itself and power cord will included.
