Used 4-key vsi joystick. 08 and it worked fine. 01 joystick type: vsi of keys 4 connector 9-pin and 3-pin compatibility pride, jazzy, jet power chairs.

Tested and guaranteed to be in good working order. This usually involves removing the joystick from bracket to get sticker on bottom. Fits multiple makes and model's. There is some damage to the cord, but only on outer layer.
