Details:
Smith PAL2 portable aquatic lift it is in good working condition. We were able to charge it and test the unit. The unit shown and battery charger are included.
Overall cosmetic condition is good but it has some surface rust and stains as shown.
Two of the casters have brakes on them, but only 1 brake works, other seems to be missing lever that you step down engage it see pictures. Condition of the battery is not known.
